What materials do you use for my creations?
-Pieces of fallen wood or from pruning trees. I cut by using a little axe each piece in smaller parts and waiting months before it is ready fir carving. There are also some kind of particular wood that I would like to work, but such trees are not growing in my region, so I’m purchasing it from a wooden store or from online sellers .
How do you realize your hand carved jewelry?
-Preparing a design to copy on wood, or drawing it directly on wood by my fantasy. After cutting the part of wood out the design, I prepare my sharpen tools , in most of cases knives and some gauges, choosing a righ size, thickness of the blade or the knife’s tip, for a specific part of carving. At finished work, I apply a natural oil (tung oil) finishing, at least 3 times, once per day, enough to protect wood and giving it a beautiful final effect.
Are your products really handmade?
-Only handmade! I like to publish photos or videos of the work in progress on my social media, so you can see the unique pieces that is going to be at the end. Showing also often my mistakes, and leaving some Parker’s that may look imperfect.
Do you use electric tools?
-Only some small tool for cutting out the piece and a little Dremel with some a specific bits when I’d like to get a particular effect of the hair for example, but often I prefer do everything by knives to limit the powder of the wood.
Can I ask you to make a personalized custom order ?
-I can realize a personalized work, that can be jewelry or something different, just enough big for smaller tools that I use. After you tell me your request, I can advise what is possible to do, and also helping you to take a right decision if you may not be sure at all what you would like.
Do you realize a personal item?
-By contacting me, is possible to ask for a personalized custom order, telling me your preferences or of the person if you would like it as a gift.
We can decide together about the kind of wood, the size, the design if you have not one specific ideas sending me yours.
You can tell me if you prefer something simpler or detailed, that I explain you some examples about difficulty and necessary time for realizing it, and the cost comparing the time of the work. And if you know already your budget, I will know exactly how detailed the piece will be for the right range of price.
Usually I finish to carve a piece of jewelry (for ring a little more time)in one day. Simpler design and low relief carvings about 0,5h to 2h. For detailed low relief and simpler high relief 3 to 5h. Over 6h more elaborate work. If you would like a very particular work of realistic details or 3D, the work may be about a few days. For a different creation than jewelry that could be bigger, could take days or weeks, depending again difficulty of details and how is the hard the wood used, but in this case is preferred to use a softer wood.
After your personalized item is done, will be shipped until 3-4 business days, because of necessary time for oil finishing, drying and packaging.
What are details if I ask for a personalized ring?
-Making my rings is a more particular work than other jewelry. Even a simpler ring takes more time to do than a simple pendant. I carve simple style of rings like just the band where I can engrave some word , phrases or also carving a low relief design, and the band can be of different shape, as you prefer. You can also ask me for a very particular ring with a design out the band, that could be a symbol, flowers, leaves, animals, and more, and it does depend how detailed you would like the design.
The ring’s wide depends on your preferences, but also the design, like for example less than 1cm to over 2cm large, if needs more space to work something very detailed.
The thickness is a little bit more than metal rings, although I prefer use a harder wood, especially because I’m not using some chemical finishing products to make it be stronger, but just applying natural oil finishing. My particular rings suit mostly to wearing for some special occasion, instead of all day and night. You can ask me for any personalized size. Just in some cases if the design would be difficult, I need to value if it could be carved on a smaller size.
What wood do you use for your creations?
-Any wood is different, for the color, textures, hardness, grain aspect and direction. Even one piece of wood could have different shades of color or the grain, so I choose the part where to make a design that could be right for a specific work that I am planning to do.
Most of my creations are in Italian walnut wood, which has some particular parts with compact and irregular grain, it’s hard and not easy for working, but allows be to work on very small surface and does not break so easily like other wood. Similar wood to carve particular details is plum wood that I use, which gets a very beautiful effect after oil finishing, with its different colors. Olive, oak and American walnut that I choose for simpler or medium difficulty of details, are softer, but not as soft as lime or maple wood are, that I prefer use for some bigger sculptures. One of wood that I need to purchase is the ancient Bog oak, that is all black , which is not possible to find it in my country.
Are wooden products durable in time?
-As many materials, even wood needs care because in time it may change its color or be less shine. As trees are always exiting on the earth, and some can live centuries, even wood worked from it, if treated well, it may be durable as well for many years.
How do I take care about my wood artisan items?
-Although the oil protection from humidity, could be good to apply sometimes an organic oil for wood, and after a few minutes dry it with a cloth if the piece is simpler or using a soft brush (like toothbrush for little pieces), to remove oil into details pieces. That could happen if you would like to make it look shine again, that wood can lose a little this effect in time, but even faster because of water. So my advice is avoid long contact with water, like swimming or bathing.
Do you offer a special package for gift?
-My creations are shipped already in nice pouches or boxes with design of my logo. If you specify me in notes that your order is for a gift, I can use my boxes, or you can ask me for something personalized even adding a card , texting a note with wishes.

Are your products good for people that have wood allergies?
-Usually is the wood powder (depending what wood) to make have you an allergic, like red skin, eyes irritation or tearing or in worst cases difficulty to breathe. But if you know that you can not even touch some kind of wood, I can create something personalized using a different wood. About other allergies there are two cases, then just contact me:
-are you allergic to some specific material? I provide for a different material of the cord for the necklace, or the chain.
-are you allergic to some metals? I provide to make a hole to the pendant for the cord, instead of using a stainless steel eyepin that I use to connect them.

What shipping options are available?
-GLS standard and express for shipping in Italy. -GLS for most of Closer European countries. -Italian post standard mail for other countries. -Dhl Express for other countries.
Please note that delivery to more remote areas or islands take some extra day, with all shipping methods, and that standard shipping with Italian post service that also provide the tracking number, which follows status of the shipping unit Italian border, and will be only updated when the pack comes at the border of the destination country.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
After your order is placed, we provide for shipping in 1-2 business days, except in case of a personalized order that needs necessary time for creating it and 3 extra days (for the oil finishing of my products).
The time of delivery is different based on the shipping option chosen.
Italy: GLS standard within 2-3 business days. Italy: GLS Express within 1 business days.

Do you offer domestic and international shipping?
-We offer domestic shipping for all Italian areas.
We offer international shipping for most of European countries, and some selected countries of the rest of the world.
What payment options are accepted?
-Pay comfortably and instantly with your credit card using the most used and secure gateway in the world: PAYPAL. You can pay even if you don't have a PayPal account: enter your data in complete safety and the payment will reach us instantly, allowing us to ship your purchases within the terms indicated above. Payment by credit card does not involve any additional cost.
What to do if I cannot pay with my credit card?
-In most of cases is possible that your credit card has some problems. Try to make the process of the payment again, if it would not work for the second time, is necessary to use a different credit card.
What are the shipping costs for domestic and international orders?

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
-You will receive a tracking link in your email shipping of the shipping confirmation as soon as your package has been handed to our courier. Click on the link to track the current status of your shipment.
What if the order comes damaged?
-Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What is your return policy?
-To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How long time do I have to return an item?
-We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What are costs and details associated with returns?
-There are a few rules to establish if the cost of the shipping for a return is charged by Woodzard or by the customer:

Do you accept returns for personalized items?
-Once the personalized item is done, you will receive photos and information about size and other any personalization. The return will be accepted only if I would send not the same item, damaged item or with a different aspect than seen from photos.

What are the steps to initiate a return or refund request?
To start a return, you can contact us at patrykroszak89@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What happens if I am not present at the time of delivery?
-If this could happen, the courier will contact you for information how to retire your pack. Is important to write all information with the address at check-out, your contact email and phone number.
